At the moment [October 2022] I am in the process or re-evaluating all my camera equipment.
I cannot remember but I think that I purchased my Sony DSC-HX90V late in 2015 or early in 2016. I got a huge discount as some one returned it to my local dealer a week after the purchased it.
Sony produced two versions of the HX90, the CyberShot HX90 and the CyberShot HX90V. The only difference between the two models is that the V-version has GPS technology inside whereas the HX90 did not. I purchased the HX90V because I needed GPS but missed the fact that it did not offer RAW and for that reason I did not use the camera on a regular basis. I later discovered that the original owner had returned it because it did not have a RAW option. The other problem was that I could not get my iPhone to communicate with it.
The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX90V is a digital zoom compact camera, which can zoom up to 30x; equivalent to 24-720mm. At the time of its release, it is the world’s smallest superzoom camera (along with its sibling, the WX500). It features optical image stabilisation, an AF Illuminator, an 18.2MP BSI Active pixel sensor and has customisable settings. The camera has a pop-up OLED electronic viewfinder that has 638,400 dots and is far brighter than any other conventional electronic viewfinders. The camera’s screen is a 3″ TFT LCD (921,000 dots) that tilts upward 180 degrees. Also borrowed from the RX100 is a customisable ring around the front of the lens. The HX90V can record video at 1080/60p using the XAVC S codec, which allows for bit rates up to 50MBps. The camera has a built-in GPS; used for geotagging. The camera also has built-in Wi-Fi with NFC and Bluetooth, which means you can connect your camera to your phone or tablet by using PlayMemories Camera Apps.
There is no real time passenger information display making, the problem described, even worse.
When I lived in Carlingford Road this was my local bus stop and I hated it. Unless you have used it you may not appreciate what the problem is. The bus shelter is positioned in such a way that one cannot see an approaching bus until it has actually passed the stop.
On a wet day the stop is very badly exposed and even then it can be difficult to see an approaching bus to the extent that the bus drivers frequently just drive by without stopping.
Dublin Bus was established on 2 February 1987, when Córas Iompair Éireann was split into 3 subsidiaries, Dublin Bus, Bus Eireann and Irish Rail. In September 2011, Dublin Bus received a significant technological upgrade with its introduction of real time passenger information.
URBAN EXPRESSION IN LIMERICK 2015 – THE PRE NEW-NORMAL YEARS
Examples of urban expression and street art photographed in Limerick during my 2015 visit to the city. In general I have been somewhat by street art in Limerick even though there can be one or two excellent examples … maybe I am visiting the wrong parts of the city.
