LEAN A MODERN GLASS AND STEEL SCULPTURE BY CAOIMHE KILFEATHER

‘Lean’ is a glass and steel sculpture by Irish artist Caoimhe Kilfeather and it is located on the corner of Earlsfort Terrace outside the new Arthur Cox headquarters. When I first photographed this back in April 2017 I was unable to identify it but thanks to James Cartwright I know know the name of the artist.

Caoimhe Kilfeather creates sculptural work that integrates a range of intersecting formal, spatial and art historical interests.

Her solo exhibitions include Swimming in the Field, Goethe Institute, Dublin and After Dark (with Mark Swords), Mermaid Arts Centre, Co. Wicklow in 2011. Group exhibitions include Iron and Steel, Hillsboro Fine Art, Dublin, 2012; Into the Light, Crawford Art Gallery, Cork and Futures 12, RHA, Dublin in 2012
