I came across the following description of Belleville Avenue in the property section of a newspaper: “Belleville Avenue is a quiet, blink-and-you’d-miss-it cul-de-sac off Rathgar Road. There’s a pedestrian route through to Vernon Grove, which is a handy short cut over to the Upper Rathmines Rd.” The asking price for the house was Euro 1.275 million making it a bargain.
